◆ Structural Principle:
The machine consists of two parts: a machine base and a vibrating part. The machine base consists of a motor, a rubber flexible node coupling and a vibrator (movement weight masses clamped on the bearing pedestal and at both ends). A screen ring and a screen frame are overlapped on the upper machine base plate connected with the vibrating part by a spring, fastened by a pressing lock and connected as a whole. The materials are fed by a material inlet on the top part and then discharged by a material outlet after they are fully screened on the surface of the screen, the position of the material outlet can be freely adjusted along the circumferential direction, the silk screen with required mesh is arranged on the screen frame, the V-shaped groove structure is adopted, a bottom support is arranged on the compressed bottom part, the rubber balls are put in the middle, so that the screen cleaning effect is achieved, the hole-plugging phenomenon in the screening process of the materials is avoided, and the screening precision and the processing capacity are guaranteed.
